All ready-made orders ship in 3-10 business days. The processing time for Made-to-order items varies. For details, see individual item descriptions.

CUSTOM ORDERS & COMMISSIONED PIECES

When placing a custom order and/or commissioned piece of art, the customer will be informed of the shipping time at or prior to the time of payment. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders ship from the U.S. via UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I currently offer International shipping via either UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service). I am not responsible for any customs fees, duties or import taxes incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I take great pride in providing you with high quality, original products. All items are handmade and one of a kind. Therefore, all sales are final and items cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, every attempt will be made by me to remedy the problem and come up with a mutually agreeable solution. Please contact me immediately at info[at]lenadelsol.com referencing your order number and a brief description of why you are dissatisfied. Please allow 3 business days to receive a response and proposed solution.
