These Terms are an agreement between you (the “User”) and Lena del Sol Langaigne (“Lena del Sol Langaigne”, “me”, or “I”), and apply to anyone accessing or using the website located at http://www.Lenadelsol.com, my mobile application, and my blog (collectively, my “Services”). Your use of my Services constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and to be bound by them.
I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. For this reason, I encourage you to review these Terms whenever you purchase products from me or use my Services. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use my Services.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
My Services are offered for information purposes only, I am not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information made available via my Services, and shall not be responsible for any error or omissions in that information.
From time to time there may be information on my Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, shipping and availability. I reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

I welcome your comments about my Services. However, any comments or communications (collectively “comments”) sent to me become the exclusive property of Lena del Sol Art & Wall Decor. I am entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, publish and distribute any material you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. For this reason, I ask that you not send me any comments that you do not wish to assign to me, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, original photography or original artwork. I also have the right to remove any comments posted to my Services at any time without prior notice.
LINKS
My Services may contain links to outside services or resources, the content of which I do not control. Any concerns regarding linked content should be directed to the particular outside service or resource. I have the right to remove any linked content that I find unacceptable.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All images, graphics, text and other content are intellectual property of Lena del Sol Langaigne and are protected by worldwide copyright law. Please do not download (except where invited), reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, transfer, or sell any portion of this site without written authorization from Lena del Sol Langaigne.
If you chose to share any images from my Services, please credit me for my information. If you believe your personal intellectual property rights have been infringed upon on my Products or Services please email me at info[at]lenadelsol.com.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
My shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate me for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. I use a third party delivery service to deliver your packages. A tracking number is provided for every order. Once your package is collected from me, the responsibility lies with the courier. WARRANTIES
My Services and products are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. By using my services and purchasing my products you acknowledge that your use is at your own risk and I am not responsible for any damages or injuries of any kind relating to your use of my services and products.
SPECIAL OFFERS
Occasionally I will offer special promotions to my customers that I refer to as "special offers", “coupon codes" or “holiday sales.” This can be free shipping, or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only. I have the right to change these special offers at any time without prior notice.
PAYMENT, TAXES, AND FEES
Payment for all Lena del Sol Fine Art & Decor products is required by the purchaser (“you”) at time of purchase. Your items will not ship until I have received the payment in full, unless otherwise noted in writing by me OR if purchased using Afterpay services. All products over $110 being shipped to a California State address will be required to pay 7.25% sales tax. All customs taxes and fees incurred on international orders are your responsibility and are to be paid by you.
BENEFICIARIES
Squarespace, Inc (“Squarespace”) is a third party beneficiary of Lena del Sol Fine Art & Decor. These Terms in their entirety also apply to Squarespace.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Lena del Sol Langaigne and its licensors, suppliers, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns (collectively "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all liability, loss, claim, damages, expense, or costs (including but not limited to attorneys' fees), incurred by or made against the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising from or related to (i) your use of my Services (ii) your comments on any of my Services. This includes, but is not limited to, any breach or violation of this Agreement by you. You agree to fully cooperate at your expense as reasonably required by an Indemnified Party. Each Indemnified Party may, at its election, assume the defense and control of any matter for which it is indemnified hereunder. You shall not settle any matter involving an Indemnified Party without the consent of the applicable Indemnified Party.
